Direct debt

The Direct Debt portfolio forms the bulk of the regional debt. It is actively managed through various types of short-, medium- and long-term financing and through the use of derivatives.

Guaranteed debt

The Guaranteed Debt portfolio consists of guarantees granted by the Region, mainly to cover external financing (liabilities) of regional entities, whether consolidated or not.
